There’s just some level of serenity that comes with whites.I know I know some of us are super conscious whenever we wear white worried sick you could stain it anytime. Personally I take my chances, all white err’thing any day!!!
Now that am talking about serenity I’m tempted to talk about meditation. I did silently promise myself not to talk about it,at least not in this post.These two are cousins though, so why not!
Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefits (which are vast by the way) or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content or as an end in itself.
I have been practicing meditation for a while, and to be honest I couldn’t be more content with myself. Am talking decreased anxiety & stress,increased creativity,gaining clarity and peace of mind, focus…I could go on and on and on. But am limiting myself to those benefits am experiencing personally as of now. There exists a lot more benefits, usually requiring deeper meditation,one that goes with attention,duration and attaching sensation to our desires.
This is a very wide topic, which I intend to cover sometime when I am quite successful😉 (aka more visible results). The power of belief,visualization & intention is as real as it gets. Successful people all over the world have a way of thinking, purpose to develop your own way of thinking and unleash power within you.
